I can't login to my account.
Go to www.duggarandtraylor.smartvault.com and click on the “Having trouble signing in?” link located directly below the Sign In button. Here you can type in the email address we have on file for you. If you haven’t activated your account yet, it will re-send an activation email. Please follow the steps in the activation email to set up your password for future use.
If you have already activated your account but do not remember your password, it will send you a password reset email. Please note that the staff at Duggar & Traylor do not have access to your SmartVault password.
What do I do once I have logged in?
Once you have logged in, you should see the various vaults you have access to. You will always have access to at least two vaults – your personal vault labeled with your name, as well as a “Public Documents” vault.
If you click on the “Public Documents” vault you may find useful documents that are tutorials for QuickBooks, general forms for our business, and more. Please note that these forms are for your convenience and do not necessarily apply to everyone.
If you click on your name (or your business’ name), inside are vaults for each tax year (ex: TY13, TY14, etc.). In each TY folder you will find your tax return and copies of the original documents you may have provided for us to prepare your return. Business clients may find financial statements, payroll information, and other pertinent accounting work depending on what services we offer.
How do I upload documents?
To make it easier to categorize and find documents, clients are only able to upload documents once you are inside a tax year folder (ex: TY13, TY14, etc.). If the folder you are in allows uploads, you will find the “Upload File” button at the top left of your page. Once you have clicked on this and the pop-up Upload Files window appears, you can either browse for your files or drag and drop multiple files inside the box.
If you have access to multiple vaults, please be sure to upload files in the correct vault so that all parties can find these documents later. Uploading personal files into a business account or vice versa may delay us finding your information.
How do I know when new documents are in my vault?
If you would like email notifications when Duggar & Traylor uploads or downloads your documents, click on “My Info” at the top right of the page. From there, click on “Notification Settings” in the right hand toolbar. This page will let you determine how often you would like upload and download notifications, ranging from “Never,” “Once a day,” “Twice a day,” “Every Hour,” or “Every 15 Minutes.” Please select the setting that works best for you.
Pam Duggar has been my CPA for 10 years. As an owner of commercial rental property, I have called on Pam to handle accounting for Section 1031 exchanges and cost segregation. My in house accountant and Pam have worked well together to keep the accounting organized and as a result I receive accurate financials.

Our experience with Linda Traylor at Duggar & Traylor, LLC has been great. Linda’s knowledge of accounting and taxes, the two primary services we use, is excellent. Her advice is always practical and informed when accounting issues arise. The solutions are straight forward and non-complicated; resulting in the feeling that with Linda, accounting is working to support the business, not the business existing to support the accounting. Also, Linda’s tax knowledge was a tremendous help in a recent IRS audit. She took the leadership role in working with the IRS and was instrumental in resolving all questions, with no penalty or additional taxes being imposed. We enjoy working with Linda and consider her a part of our trusted management advisory team.
